Can I see the proof first before I pay?
Certainly! You can view the proof after the order is placed but you can submit the order without paying by selecting the See Design Pay Later option on the payment method. No bank information is required and there is no obligation to order.
What are the payment methods?

Can I get a shipping fee refund if the package arrived after the agreed deilvery date?
If the delay was due to a production error, e.g. needs to remake due to incorrect size, design, etc., we can refund the shipping cost. But if the order
What will happen when the shipment status says "Delivered" on the carrier's website but I never got them?
Stolen packages are not covered. The recipient should call the carrier and file a case.
What if the carrier lost my order during transit?
Both the shipper and the recipient need to call the carrier to file a case. If deemed lost in transit or no movement on the shipment for about a week, we can either remake for free or refund the entire order.
Will the colors on the proof I approved turn out to be exactly the same as the final product?
There is always a minor color difference between the proof and the final product since the colors you see on your device's screen uses RGB colors (red, green, blue) and we use CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black) for printing. The combination of RGB light creates white, while the combination of CMYK inks creates black. The final product always appears just a little bit darker than the proof due to the reason mentioned above.
What will happen if the final product is different than the proof I approved?
All errors and complaints are subject to investigation. You just need to send us photos of the final product and the error details for investigation purposes. If deemed production error, a remake without extra cost or a refund will be processed.
What if I do not have any artwork?
That's ok. Just share your ideas on how you would like your design to look like and our great designers are willing to extend their help to digitize it at no extra cost.
How can I process a payment if I opted into your See Design Pay Later option?
The payment link will be sent to you along with the proof. It will appear at the bottom of the proof image once you click the Approved button.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
You will be notified via email once the order is shipped so you can easily track it.
Can I create an account with you so it would be easier for me to track the order?
There is no need to create an account to check the status of your order. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to assist you via phones, emails, and chats.
Do you charge shipping fee?
Shipping is always free if you are not in a rush. The earlier delivery dates and their corresponding charges are available at the bottom of the order now page.
Can I return the product and get a full refund if I didn’t like the outcome?
No. This is the reason why we are sending you proofs for your approval before we start the production. Approving the proof means that you agree with the design, colors, textures, etc.
Can I cancel the order if I don't like the proof?
Yes. As long as the order has not reached production for processing yet. you can still cancel the order. However, from a business perspective, we will try every attempt to save the order like sending revised proof until you are satisfied with how it looks. If after a few revisions and you still decided to cancel, just let us know so we can process your request.
What are the file types accepted?
We require a vector file that may come in a .ai, .eps, .PSD, .pdf, or .svg format. If any of these file formats are not available, a PNG with at least 300 DPI will do.
Does all delivery dates guaranteed?
Yes. As long as there were no delays in approving the proof and no issues with the artwork, we will be able to meet the agreed delivery date.
How long should I get a refund if I decided to cancel my order?
All refunds will be back to the original form of payment. The standard time frame is 3-5 business days depends on the financial institution. For debit card refunds, it normally takes 7-10 business days. PayPal refund is real-time.
