How to Submit Your Artwork
Digital Files
When placing your order, please upload your artwork directly in the Customize Your Product section on the product order page. If your files are not ready at that time, you can select Submit Artwork Later, you can reply to the confirmation email with your attachments or use the upload link provided to submit them later. This helps us match your artwork to your order without any delay.
If you forget to send your artwork, don't worry! One of our Customer Service Representatives will reach out to help you submit your files after your order is placed.
Our design team can also assist with creating your artwork. Simply select "Help with Artwork" in the Customize Your Product section if you would like support.
Special Instructions
You can also include any additional instructions in the designated field on the product order page. Artwork proof is provided at no cost, and before production begins, you'll receive a proof via email for your approval.
Accepted File Types
We accept artwork in various formats listed below. Please send us whatever you have, and we'll help ensure it's suitable for production. To keep your order on schedule, we recommend submitting your artwork in vector formats whenever possible.
Important: Simply changing a file's extension to a vector format does not convert the file type.
Preferred Vector File Formats:
- PDF (Adobe Acrobat) - please embed fonts or export as a generic EPS
- Al or EPS (Adobe Illustrator) - convert text to outlines and embed any linked images

Imprint Methods
Full Color
A vibrant, multi-Color design printed directly onto the item.
Foil Stamped
A metallic foil applied to the surface for a shiny, reflective design.
Screenprint
Ink pushed through a mesh screen to create bold, vibrant designs.
Embroidery
Design stitched onto the fabric for a textured, durable finish.
Laser Engraved
Design etched into the surface with a precise laser for a clean, permanent mark.
Heat Transfer
Design transferred onto the item using heat and pressure for a smooth finish.
Patch
A separate piece of fabric sewn or ironed onto the product as a design.
Debossed
Design is pressed into the surface, creating a sunken effect.
Embossed
Design raised above the surface, creating a textured, 3D effect.
Pad Print
Ink transferred onto the item using a silicone pad for detailed designs on curved surfaces.
How to convert text to outlines
When using Adobe Illustrator or similar design software, convert all text to outlines before sending your file. This prevents font substitutions and ensures your artwork is printed exactly as designed.
In Illustrator, select your text, go to the Type menu, and choose Create Outlines. You can also use the shortcut Ctrl + Shift + O (Windows) or Command + Shift + O (Mac). Save the file and send it to us.
Full Color artwork guidelines
Resolution
We prefer files to be at least 300 dpi or in vector format. Increasing the resolution of a low-quality image will not improve its clarity and will result in a blurry, pixelated print.
Bleed
Extend background Colors or images slightly beyond the edge of your design to ensure there are no white borders after trimming.
Web Images
Most images from websites are 72 dpi, which is too low for printing and may be subject to copyright restrictions. Only use web images if purchased from a stock photo site at a high resolution.
